Yes you can wire (1) dual 2 ohm woofer to 1 ohm or 4 ohms.

I have 2 15hx2 subwoofers i am currently running it with a t1000 amp compact series rockford fosgate the sub are running at 4 ohms is there any way i can put it down 2 2ohms or are the subs not cappable i am trying to get them to bumb louder than my friends 2 12inch type r subwoofer with a rockford p1000 amp he's running them at 2 ohms.
