need help badly!

i want to to know the difference between pioneer ts-d1720c and premiere ts-d720c besides the warranty? is there any difference in sound quality?  

not sure if your gonna feel the difference, but if you havnt bought i recommend you look into db drive, dont get me wrong pioneer is good, but i refer db

never owned db drive before.  saw a 1500 watt mono block on the old ebay for 150 bucks wondering if thats a good buy and its not a refurb. bnib   worth checking out??
