Nasty feedback through sub

I have a 2007 VW Rabbit with Alpine h/u 9886, Audio Bahn 1800x1 for my sub, Audio Bahn 600x4 on mids, Kicker power/audio wiring, My sub is an Alpine Type X 12, I have a power on relay for my fans and amps. THE PROBLEM - every time i shut the radio off i get a nasty bumble from the sub. I've tried using diodes but no luck. My ground wire is good and i just can't finger it out. Any help would be great.
