Ok, I'm officially stumped.

We've been trying to replace the speakers in our beamer but for some reason, we can't get the speaker sizes. After contacting BMW, they will give us quotes but when it comes to the sizes, the "computer doesn't tell them that". We've also been to crutchfield.com and nothing is compatible with the car...it's a 2004 BMW 745Li...any suggestions...  

I need some information. I just bought a 2002 BMW 745i. This is my first BMW so I donot have much experience with them. The previous owner has done something with the stereo system. I think he had a subwoofer box at one time or another. I want to upgrade the system anyhow.

i have a 1990 bmw 750il with a system and BMW uses the sames sizes for all there cars just in different places the kick panels are 5-1/4 and the rear speakers are 5 flat and crutchfield doesn't make a speaker that size so a little custom work would have to happen.. as far as upgrading ur system in the 2002 BMW get a new head unit a good one is alpine, and then replace all the speakers also good are infinty kappas!!  

I Love Apple ipods, because they are the best. I don' t know what I can do without
