Alpine Blackbird B200 - Phonebook Issue

I've got a bit of an issue with my Alpine Blackbird B200 GPS/Bluetooth Unit. When it sync's with my phone, the phonebook on the unit only displays the first 5 entries of my phonebook. the grey scroll keys don't work, and I have not way of navigating to the other entries. I'm not sure if it's a sync issue, or a display issue, but this is the second unit I've had and they both have the same issue. I'm sure it's something simple, but I haven't been able to figure it out. Any sugestions?

sounds like its your phone, as it appears that your address book is empty. maybe its only syncing your sim card?
