On my JVC KD-AVX44, I took the parking brake wire and just grounded it to a brake pedal mounting bolt. Any ground will work. The point of hooking it up to the parking brake is so when you apply the parking brake, it provides a ground. It is to prevent you from watching movies while driving. I haven't done that...

go by cheap toggle switch and ground it out then attach the green (park brake sensor) wire coming from the stereo to the switch. put the switch in the off position when you turn the vehicle on. Once the ehicle is running and you stereo is on turn the switch to the on position. This will trick the stereo into thinking you applied the parking brake. SImply grounding the green wire will not work because the stereo wnts you to apply the parking brake after you turn the stereo on.
