Hey guys I have a couple questions I have a 1998 volvo s70. I bought an alpine m500 amp and rockford p3 12" sub. I was wondering whether I wire it like

Second where in the hell can I get the power cable to the battery I looked everywhere and can not find a place where I could snake it. I was wondering if anyone knew where or where I should drill a hole. Please let me know I spent most of a day trying to get everything set up and am starting to get frustrated.

First, the links that you have here are for two different subs. Assuming that you have dual 4-ohm voice coils, then you should wire them as shown on the first link. If they are dual 2-ohm, then you should wire them as shown on the second link. As far as the wire goes, you may end up drilling as you said. Just make sure you use grommets and such to protect your wire. Good luck!

There's a pass-through on the drivers-side firewall up by the top of the brake pedal and to the left. From the firewall side it is covered by a rubber boot with multiple - ah - extrusions, one of which you can cut. I got 4 gauge power cable through there, a coat hanger helps! If you want pix, search on Volvospeed where there are several. 850's are much the same, btw.
